All conflicts will be handled in the following manner:
- Meet directly with the parties concerned to discuss the problem and a resolution.
- If a resolution cannot be reached, arrange a meeting with the coach, athletic director, and all concerned parties.
- If a resolution has yet not been reached, meet with the principal and athletic director.
- If problems still exist, contact the Christ Our Redeemer Lutheran School Board of Christian Education in writing, and arrange for a meeting of that Board.
- Anonymous complaints cannot be dealt with in a proper manner. As Christians, we need to be open and honest with each other in an atmosphere of mutual respect and care.
